The Job at a Glance

As a Senior HubSpot Business Consultant at andweekly, you will play a central role in supporting our customers. Your tasks include onboarding and ongoing support in the area of HubSpot Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs. You will dive deep into the digital marketing and sales strategies of our customers, implement their requirements and automate marketing and sales processes. You always keep an eye on the business goals and use active communication to ensure that everyone involved is optimally informed and that our customers achieve their growth targets effectively.

You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our CRM partnership with HubSpot. Through regular exchange with our Partner Development Manager, you identify new growth opportunities for andweekly in the HubSpot environment. You will establish and maintain relationships with HubSpot's sales team and manage the HubSpot sales pipeline for andweekly. You will also keep up to date with new features and functions of HubSpot and share this knowledge with our Technology team to continuously expand our competencies.

We are looking for a Senior HubSpot Business Consultant in a permanent position with strong customer orientation, a distinct business mindset and a desire for new exciting challenges in digital B2B marketing.



Planning and Implementation of HubSpot Solutions

  • You will develop strategies for onboarding and support in the area of HubSpot Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs, targeting andweekly's customers operating in B2B industries
  • You will create detailed implementation and support plans for HubSpot that take into account the specific requirements and goals of our customers
  • You will take over HubSpot project responsibility for up to five customers and support customers in the development and implementation of digital marketing and sales strategies based on HubSpot
  • You will coordinate the Partner Scaled Onboarding program, a cooperation between HubSpot and andweekly, in which we carry out "Guided Onboarding" services on behalf of HubSpot

HubSpot Partner Management and Sales

  • You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the CRM partnership with HubSpot, identifying new growth opportunities for andweekly and building relationships with HubSpot's sales team
  • You will manage the HubSpot sales pipeline for andweekly and keep the team informed about new HubSpot opportunities
  • You will coordinate contract renewals with our customers and identify cross- and upselling potentials
  • You will support the andweekly sales team in the presales phase in the preparation of offers and in sales pitches

Collaboration and Communication

  • You will cooperate with all members of the technology and customer success teams at andweekly to exchange know-how, new insights, best practices and fresh ideas and actively contribute to continuously improving the quality of our services
  • You will work closely with colleagues in the Technology team as well as the Content, Design and Development teams at andweekly to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our HubSpot services
  • You will ensure active and clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure that our customers' business goals are effectively pursued and achieved

Continuous Training and Certification

  • You will regularly participate in HubSpot trainings and obtain relevant certifications to stay up-to-date with the HubSpot product roadmap and best practices
  • You will research trends and deepen your understanding of our customers' challenges and how HubSpot can solve them



  • Excellent skills in the areas of HubSpot Marketing, Sales and Service Hub and HubSpot CMS Hub
  • Knowledge in the development of templates and integrations is an advantage
  • A soft spot for B2B topics and lead generation for B2B solutions
  • Experience in the management of technology partnerships
  • High level of creativity and the ability to use constructive feedback and data-driven insights to optimize onboarding and customer support
  • Knowledge of common digital marketing and sales tactics
  • Positive attitude and motivation to achieve the best for our customers
  • Feeling comfortable to work in a 100% virtual organization
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Asana and Slack
  • Native-level fluency in German (C2) and advanced proficiency in English (C1)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven
