The Job at a Glance

We are looking for a Head of Technology with deep experience in leading technology teams and a strong vision for the use of AI in digital B2B marketing.

As Head of Technology at andweekly, you will lead our Technology team and be actively involved in the development and implementation of our technological strategies. You will develop partnerships with providers of AI-supported software solutions for the automation and optimization of digital B2B marketing. In close cooperation with our Customer Success team, you will analyze and develop tailor-made technology solutions that meet the specific requirements of our customers. You will be centrally involved in the positioning of our AI-based technology solutions and value proposition in the sales process.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Team Development

You will lead andweekly's Technology team, including people management, development and motivation
You will plan and monitor team goals and performance, including regular performance reviews
You will promote the professional and personal development of team members
You will ensure that team goals and activities are in line with the overall company OKRs

Strategic Planning and Promoting Innovation

You will be actively involved in defining andweekly's strategic development objectives (OKRs), especially in the areas of technology innovation and AI
You will regularly monitor and report on progress towards achieving the OKRs, both at team and company level
You will drive innovation and continuously expand our technology solution offering in the area of digital B2B marketing, especially through the use of CRM and AI solutions to automate processes
You will actively lead and strategically expand the Technology team at andweekly, with a focus on technology consulting and development

Technology Development and Customer Focus

You will work closely with the Customer Success team, analyze customer requirements and develop suitable AI-based technology solutions, especially in the area of analytics for the management and evaluation of digital B2B campaigns
You will define and implement IT project management standards and quality assurance measures
You will research trends and deepen your understanding of our customers' marketing challenges and how these can be solved through technology solutions and the use of AI

Requirements

In-depth experience in the management and practical work of technology teams
Experience in developing and implementing technology partnerships, particularly in the area of AI technologies
Comprehensive understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies and their technological implementation, including specialized analytics and automation tools
Experience in working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, as well as analytics and tracking tools
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High level of creativity and ability to use constructive feedback and data-driven insights to achieve better results
Positive attitude and motivation to achieve the best for our customers
Feeling comfortable to work in a 100% virtual organization
Knowledge of Google Workspace, Asana and Slack
Native-level fluency in German (C2) and advanced proficiency in English (C1)
Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven
