In 2017, Gesche und Felix Weger founded the start-up Packwise in Dresden. Their solution, the Smart Cap, gives companies in the process industry much-needed transparency about their supply chain.
The potential of the young company was crystal clear. But the team was struggling with typical problems encountered by start-ups: too little time, large workload and processes that are too immature to enable scalable marketing.
