The Job at a Glance

We’re looking for a Freelance GenAI Automation Consultant with hands-on experience in AI process automation and the development of agent-based systems. You’ll support us and our customers in transforming GenAI strategies into smart, scalable solutions – using tools like n8n and CrewAI.

In this role, you’ll build automated AI workflows across the marketing and content value chain, implement multi-step processes, and develop agent systems that make GenAI tangible and usable.

Responsibilities

  • You develop and automate AI-powered workflows using tools like n8n
  • You design and build agent-based systems using frameworks like CrewAI
  • You collaborate closely with our Strategy and Content teams to translate real use cases into working automations
  • You create new GenAI-based solutions that expand our service portfolio – from internal tools to customer-facing automation systems
  • You document and maintain your setups to ensure they are transparent, scalable and transferable
  • You continuously test and evaluate new tools, APIs and approaches to fully explore the potential of GenAI in automation

Requirements

  • Confident using low-code/no-code automation tools and APIs
  • Familiar with GenAI platforms like OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini and LLM-based automation
  • Experience with agent frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering, chaining logic, and workflow orchestration
  • Ideally, experience with B2B use cases or marketing and content processes
  • Fluent English skills (C1+)
  • German is a plus, but not a must
  • You’re comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
  • Confident using Google Workspace and Asana
