myneva, the leading European software provider for care and social services, faced a complex challenge: Seven country subsidiaries with different online presences needed to grow together into a unified, strong brand.
The vision was clear – myneva wanted not only to maintain its position as European market leader but also to expand its digital visibility. What was missing was a central platform for effective lead generation and consistent brand communication.
Together with andweekly, myneva launched a comprehensive transformation: website relaunch, automated lead processes, and international campaigns – all designed to enable sustainable and scalable growth.
Before collaborating with andweekly, myneva faced structural problems that prevented rapid growth:
myneva defined ambitious but measurable goals for digital transformation together with andweekly. The focus was on building a central, HubSpot-based website platform that unites all seven European countries under a unified brand umbrella.
Particularly important was the massive increase in lead generation: From an average of 100 to 800 Marketing Qualified Leads per month. This ambitious goal should be supported by a clear brand identity that authentically addresses all sub-markets.
Additionally, scalable campaign structures should emerge – with reusable assets and automated workflows that enable efficient integration of all marketing channels from social media and paid campaigns to SEO and webinars.
andweekly developed a three-stage approach for the myneva transformation. First, a modular website theme with 30 reusable components was created in just three months, dynamically adapting to four target segments: elderly care, child and youth services, disability support, and social services.
In parallel, a comprehensive content strategy was implemented that uses GenAI for efficient localization in five languages. Over 300 organic social media posts, 50 social ads, and 30 lead nurturing emails were created systematically and multilingually.
The third component consisted of 13 international demand generation campaigns via Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn with differentiated messaging. Central control via Jira and Asana combined with local adaptation ensured maximum efficiency with cultural relevance.
"With andweekly, we were able to launch an international website in the shortest time, professionalize our campaigns, and massively increase lead generation. The collaboration is strategic, fast, and always solution-oriented."

CEO, myneva
The exceptionally fast implementation succeeded through agile processes and clear milestones – despite international complexity, the new website was live in just three months. The modular approach, which focused on scalability and reusability from the beginning, was decisive.
Data-driven optimization proved particularly valuable: Comprehensive dashboards for website performance, lead quality, and campaign ROI enabled continuous improvements based on real user data instead of assumptions.
Central governance with clear process structures and regular reviews created the basis for efficient international collaboration. This allowed the complex project to run smoothly despite seven different country subsidiaries.
myneva is the leading European provider of software solutions for care and social services. With digital platforms for elderly care, disability support, child and youth services, and social services, myneva supports the digitalization of healthcare and social services in seven European countries. The company combines innovative, user-friendly technology with deep understanding of the specific requirements of social institutions.
