The Job at a Glance

We are looking for a freelance AI Graphic Designer with a true passion for graphic design and visual storytelling in digital B2B marketing.

As an AI Graphic Designer at andweekly, you will bring our customers’ marketing strategies to visual life. You will use advanced AI tools to create digital content formats such as whitepapers, solution briefs, case studies, as well as visuals for LinkedIn, emails and blog posts.

Responsibilities

  • You will translate our customers’ requirements into visual designs by using advanced AI features in Adobe Creative Cloud and other AI design tools
  • You will create and design video content using AI-based video tools
  • You will experiment with new AI technologies to continuously improve our design methods
  • You will work closely with our content team to ensure optimal integration of textual and visual content and to support our customers’ marketing initiatives effectively
  • You will present new design concepts to our Customer Success team and our customers, gather feedback, and incorporate this into your future designs
  • You will adapt essential design strategies to meet the needs of different customer groups and buyer personas, ensuring a consistently coherent design language in every project

Requirements

  • Advanced skills in using AI functions within graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience in creating videos and graphics using AI tools
  • Excellent graphic design skills combined with a solid understanding of digital B2B marketing
  • Creativity to use constructive feedback and data-driven insights to produce optimized design outcomes
  • Experience with digital marketing tactics and content formats in the B2B space and portfolio of relevant design examples
  • Feeling comfortable to work in a 100% virtual organization
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Asana and Notion
  • Native-level fluency in German (C2) and advanced proficiency in English (C1)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven
